Preference will be given to the applicants having ICP (Individual Certification Programs) codes 510 and 570.     He must be Knowledgeable in application of quality assurance and control techniques during construction of large size petrochemical / hydrocarbon projects at construction sites to assure adherence to quality, construction drawings and documents, applicable industry codes, project specification and standards. Development of QA/QC manuals covering all facets of multidisciplinary construction activities identifying inspection requirements. In depth knowledge of industry codes, standards, quality norms and testing techniques in field of construction activities.

8.  QA/QC MECHANICAL INSPECTOR / ENGINEER

The applicant must have a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering with a minimum of 10 years experience in operational inspection activities for both Plant and Equipment in petrochemical/oil.  The applicant should work independently in assessing the conditions of plant & equipment and ability to issue recommendations for repairs in accordance to the international codes and standards.  The Mechanical Inspector should have valid API 510, 653 and/or API 570 certifications or excellent knowledge.  The applicant shall demonstrate knowledge in American Society of Mechanical Engineer (ASME) Section VIII pressure vessel and American National Society Institute (ANSI) B-31.3. Applicants must have proficient communication skills, good analytical and problem solving skills.

9. QA/QC MECHANICAL ENGINEER – STATIC

Applicant must have a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering with a minimum of 10 years experience in stationary process equipment inspection including background in failure analysis, design, repair, and operation of pressure vessels, piping and tank age in the refining and/or petrochemical industry. The applicant should work independently in assessing the condition of plant and equipment and ability to issue recommendations for repairs based on ASME codes Section VIII Pressure vessel, API-579 Fitness for service and/or API-530 calculation of heater tube thickness in petroleum refineries. Applicant must have proficient communication skills, good analytical and problem solving skills.

10. CONTROL SYSTEM ENGINEERS

The applicant must have a Bachelor Degree in Instrumentation & Control or Electronics or Computer engineering or Information Technology with 7 to 15 years in a in a responsible position in reputed petrochemical /Refinery complex with experience working with any of above plants and should have hands on experience / competent in PCIMS systems listed above or similar systems. He will responsible for PCIMS/PIMS/PHLMS control system configuration /implementing software changes /implementing logic/control schemes/ maintenance / troubleshooting / hardware maintenance and to analyze complex problems in control system and field Instrumentation and recommend technical solution. Experience in PIMS/PHLMS configuration / management and Network security management of PCIMS/PIMS and Windows Server Operating systems / HP servers maintenance and troubleshooting will be added advantage.

11. INSTRUMENTATION SPECIALIST

The applicant must have a minimum completion of Secondary (12 years) technical education, plus 2 years of  formal full time vocational training in electronics, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control engineering or equivalent. He should have a diverse experience and expert in instrument and electronics, control fault finding, repair and preventative maintenance (Plant Controllers, Electronic, Instruments and equipment, etc.). Specialized in programmable logic process control instrumentation and other special duty machinery. The applicant should be able to Maintain plant Controllers, Electronic, Instruments and equipment in a good condition to enable efficient production operability with minimum maintenance interruption. Must able to provide technical expertise in fault finding, repair, routine and preventive maintenance of all specialized equipment, instrumentation and systems in the field. Should be good analytical and problem solving skills, proficient communication skills, ability to work in shifts, and very good knowledge of English.

12. INSTRUMENTATION SUPERINTENDENT

The applicant must have a minimum Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering. He should have experience in electronic and pneumatic instrumentation and equipment maintenance work in a refinery, NGL, petrochemical or similar process plant. With related experience as an Instrument Foreman and Supervisor or similar.  The applicant should be able to provide total support for the Plant process control and monitoring maintenance requirements by the effective use of the instrument maintenance resources and materials. Coordinates and supervises the testing, repair and reconditioning of the all Plant process monitoring systems and control instruments. Supervises the work and activities of contracted Instrument Technicians, Engineers and service companies He should have a good Analytical and Problem Solving Skills, ability to work shifts, computer literate (MS Office applications), good report writing skills, very good knowledge of English and presentations skills.

13. TECHNICAL TRAINERS - CONTROL SYSTEMS, ELECTRICAL, INSPECTION

The applicant must have a Bachelor Degree in Engineering (in Training/Development or related field) or equivalent with extensive experience - minimum 6 years of experience in Petrochemical or Refinery Plant and at least 4 years as Technical Trainer in Petrochemical or Refinery Plant. He must have a related training and/or technical expertise in Control Systems / Electrical Systems / Inspection. He should be able to plan, design, develop and present complex training program elements/modules to in-house employees. The applicant must have the ability to identify program needs, obtains technical data and schedules programs, test trainees to measure their learning progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training presentations. He must be able to Administers written and practical exams and writes performance reports to evaluate trainees' performance. Must have an excellent skill in conducting training programs on complex topics and designs. Proficient in PowerPoint presentations, outline, handouts, and tests, and designs laboratory exercises.

14. TRAINING COORDINATORS

The applicant must have a Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent in related field with an extensive experience - minimum 6 years of experience in Petrochemical Plant and at least 4 years of experience as Training Coordinator in Quality Assurance (Laboratory) / Industrial Safety / Hydrocarbons, Polymer Process / Information Technology in Petrochemical Plant. He should be responsible for and should have strong knowledgeable in identifying training needs, designing and conducting trainings. He should be able develop and coordinate appropriate training activities, programs and modules. He must have an exceptional communication; problem solving and analytical skills are required. Highly proficient computer skills, including thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are necessary, data-base administration preferred, i.e. Access, LIMS, SAP etc.  Must have an excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to analyze and consolidate data into cohesive communications and presentations, and to work well without direct supervision.

15. TRAINING ORGANIZERS

The applicant must have a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in related field with an extensive experience - minimum 6 years in Petrochemical or Refinery Plant with at least 4 years as Training Organizer. Must be knowledgeable in organizing logistical activities of the department including training/meeting organization and management and other administrative needs like job organizing; team-building; and coordination of training opportunities. He must have the ability to facilitate effective communication between the department and facility work groups, maintain and manage the master training schedule, and data base of training activities. The applicant must have a superior organizational, interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated experience of written and oral presentation skills. Can learn quickly and has a drive in developing a variety of new skills; be able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines; have the ability to work both autonomously and in a team effort. Proficient with a wide range of technology, especially IT and data center.

16. PROCESS CONSULTANTS

The applicant must have a Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering with minimum 20 years of experience and knowledgeable of Licensing Technologies related to some process plants. Worked as technical process engineer or as a production engineer in large petrochemical plants or refineries working in Technical department or working on day to day operation activities such as Utilities/Offsite, Gas Cracker, Ethylene Glycol, Polymers (HDPE, LDPE, PP), Cumene, Phenol, Bis-phenol, Ethanol Amine, Ethoxylates, Synthetic Alcohol, DMF, Chlorine Chloride, Poly-Carbonate, Product Handling. Very good in pre-commissioning & commissioning, start-up & shut down, troubleshooting, operating procedures (SOP preparation), well aware of safety procedures, hands on experience on DCS, SAP operation & able to learn technology & applies basic science & engineering principles to assignments. He should fully understand process areas well. Able to communicate well with superior, colleagues. Excellent in oral & written English, good on engineering soft-wares, computer literate, SAP operation knowledge and DCS operations.

17. PROCESS ENGINEERS

The applicant must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering with an extensive experience - minimum 6 years of experience in Petrochemical Plant and at least 4 years of experience as Process Trainer (Olefins Technologies / Utilities & Offsites/ Ethoxylates & Ehylene Glycol / HDPE / LDPE / Poly Propylene / Phenol / Poly Carbonate / Amines).  He should have Good training skills, Ability to develop training programs and modules as per the requirement. In depth knowledge of operations, Safety and quality consciousness, Execute technical training lesson plan for operation trainees, Teaching specified technical training subjects as per schedule.
